A $1400 deposit will be required to confirm your spot.

This allows us to reserve the facility and make travel arrangements for the Retreat Team.

The balance will be due on June 1st. We will remind you! This will allow us to make our final financial obligation to the retreat facility.

If you do not pay your balance by June 1st, we will fill your spot and your deposit will not be refunded.

If you cancel anytime before August 1st, you will receive a 100% refund IF we are able to fill your spot.

If you cancel after August 1st, we will be unable to give you a refund. For this reason, we recommend getting travel insurance and will provide you with recommendations about this once you have registered.

This cancellation policy has been designed to balance our desire to give you flexibility and accommodate the situations that come up in life with our need to meet the financial obligations we have committed to in order to pull this thing off!
