The dates will be February 28th-March 7th. You will spend seven idyllic days in one of the most beautiful retreat centers in Thailand! The cost will be between $3250 and $3650 (give or take, depending on whether you choose private or shared accommodations.) This is all-inclusive and will include seven nights of lodging, three organic, macro-balanced (delicious!!) Thai meals per day, pool and beach use, a snorkeling excursion, a national park tour, and a cooking class. Plus, daily yoga, mindfulness training, fitness/physio classes, and group life & performance coaching. Massage sessions will be available and  may be arranged separately. Taxi transfers between Krabi and Kho Lanta are included. Flight and travel expenses to Krabi are not included. (This is a humans-only retreat- there will not be horses there:) Early bird Registration will open March 9th 2026.
